Order Scheduling Orders are generally shipped 1 to 2 days after the order has been received. Orders placed after 12:00PM California Time are registered the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, and throughout the weekend are registered on Monday. An order placed (or registered) on Moday will generally ship by Wednesday at the latest. With normal shipments, you will be e-mailed at ship time, not at order time. Paypal e-check payments: Items are shipped after Paypal releases the funds.

Third Party Shipping Orders may be shipped to a third address, but purchaser accepts full responsibility for actual delivery. Items shipped via USPS will generally have USPS "Delivery Confirmation" to show when/that the delivery has been made. The order is deemed completed when the USPS issues the Delivery Confirmation.

USA Shipping Unless otherwise noted, all USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. HEavier items may ship via USPS Parcel Post (i.e. Drive Box Setups). There is no "tracking number" with this service Shipping transit time with USPS Priority Mail is estimated to be between 1and 3 days and depends on destination location (origin ZIP Code is 91360). Transit days are regular business days, and do not include Sundays or USPS Official Holidays. USPS EMS (Express) is available at higher cost, but there is no "overnight" shipping available. Other services such as UPS or FedEx can be negotiated, but a service charge will apply, even if shipping is billed to your account. Shipping Insurance may be purchased at the buyers expense. You must contact Xylotex if you want Shipping Insurance, as it is not included in the standard shipping cost, and is not included in the total of Paypal "Buy Now" buttons.

International Orders International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail when package weight is 4 pounds or less, and destination country participates in this USPS program. International shipments of 4 pounds or less made to countries not participating in USPS Priority Mail will ship via USPS Air Parcel Post.. For shipments over 4 pounds Canadian orders will ship via USPS Air Parcel Post, all other countries must use USPS EMS (Express) for these shipments. Shipping transit times will vary between 5 and 10 business transit days. This time does NOT included customs processing which can add another 5 business days to the delivery time. Packages may take up to 3 weeks to reach their destination, and longer depending on the receiving countries customs processing delays. USPS Global Priority Mail, and USPS Air Mail shipments do not have "tracking numbers" USPS EMS shipments do provide tracking information. Customs, duties, VAT and other fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiving party, and are to be paid by the receiving party. All shipments are decribed as "Merchandise", with the full USA value declared.
