All Xylotex manufactured products are inspected and tested before shipping


Xylotex warrants its products, and products it sells, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. If you discover a defect, Xylotex will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. After 90 days, Xylotex manufactured products can still be sent in for replacement. Xylotex products are not warranted against mis-wires, overvoltage conditions or overheating, or if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. Warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or costs related to removal, installation or troubleshooting of the customers system. The warranty does not apply if the product has been neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered, or any original identification markings have been defaced, altered or removed. It is the customer's responsibility to use the product in a way the will protect it from damaging circumstances (including, but not limited to overvoltages due to static discharge or motor disconnects).


If, within 14 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund. Xylotex will refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment form, excluding shipping/handling costs, once the product is received. This refund does not apply if the product has been altered or damaged. If you decide to return the products after the 14-day evaluation period, a 20% restocking fee will be charged against the credit.


Xylotex makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to Xylotex, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Xylotex shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped.


When returning a product, you must first Contact Xylotex via e-mail:support@xylotex.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. In your package, please include a TYPED return address and a brief explanation of the problem. In any warranty claim, dated proof of purchse (original Xylotex invoice or copy) must accompany the product. Return shipping must be shipped prepaid in a container suitable to protct the product from transit damage, and should be insured for the product price. Padded mailers will NOT provide adequate protection for any Xylotex products, and cardbox containers must be large enough to provide room for the product, and protective padding for the product.

After receiving an RMA# from Xylotex, properly packing the device for shipping, and marking the shipping box with the RMA#, ship the item to:
